This menu will hopefully become its own series as it is near and dear to me and represents the little bar and restaurant we toiled away at. Despite our best efforts and neighborhood support, we never quite got the doors open due to multiple unforeseeable building deficiencies. I will continue to write and prepare menus for my little Ballena the Beauty because a building is only a location.
